What is your Shipping Policy?
Shipping to U.S and USPS Postal code designated countries. No Local Pick-Up. Tracking numbers will be provided for every shipment. Insurance required to P.O. boxes and APO's. Please include insurance costs with payment to expedite shipping. FREE SHIPPING AUCTIONS apply to Continental U.S only. Fedex is our preferred Shipper. Canadian buyers please email with zip code to get shipping quotes .UPS and USPS is used for shipping to Canada. Shipping will be combined if auction states it. Auction listing terms supercede these general policies. In the event that the wrong item was shipped, please contact us. We will make every effort to correct the situation.

What is your Return Policy?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase date. After 30 days, please contact the respective manufacturer(s). Please email beforehand to make arrangements. Refund will be cash back or identical item (if available). Refunds will be ACTUAL purchase price, (shipping not included). Buyer responsible for return shipping. For damaged / defective items you must contact us within 3 business days, Return Authorization Number will be provided for return shipping. Item(s) must returned in the same condition as received, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read auctions and policies fully, No exceptions will be made. If you have a questions about an auction, please ask before bidding. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not bid!
What Customer Service help do you offer?
We are Authorized Distributors. Certain items will be shipped direct from the manufacturer. Please allow an additional 5 business days for processing. If you are interested in specific order, please send request along email address, and we will send a quote(s) via Paypal Request. We want your purchase to be worry free, so feel free to email with any questions, issues, or concerns. We will respond within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel / refund any purchases that do not comply to our policies.
